With over two decades of leadership in operations, program development, and community engagement, Andrea brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to inclusivity and innovation.
As a Detroit native with leadership roles at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church and The Reed Group, Andrea has consistently championed diversity and operational excellence. At the Ritz, her focus will be on expanding programming, enhancing the patron experience, and attracting a younger, more diverse audience while honoring the theater’s long-standing patrons and traditions.
“I’m excited to join the Ritz Theater and guide it through its next chapter,” Andrea said. “My goal is to create a space that celebrates diverse voices and continues delivering the performances our loyal patrons love while ensuring the Ritz thrives for another 100 years.”
