Embrace Families And Its ‘Holiday Magic’ Elves Spread Cheer To Youth In Foster Care

CENTRAL FLORIDA – Embrace Families wants to thank the dozens of elves across the region who helped spread holiday cheer to thousands of children in foster care.

Every year, the agency that has been overseeing child welfare in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties asks the community to fulfill the wish lists of the families in its care. This year, the Holiday Magic campaign distributed more than 7,000 gifts to more than 1,900 children, teens and young adults because of powerful partners, like the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, Elks Club in Kissimmee, local fitness instructor, Henry Arcila, who hosted a collection drive at a Zumba class on Dec. 3, and all the special elves who donated to Embrace Families.
