Festival Of Lights Draws Thousands For Historic Celebration

KISSIMMEE – The Festival of Lights marked a significant moment in the City’s holiday tradition. For the first time, the event began at City Hall with the Holiday Festival, followed by a parade on a new route through Downtown, allowing more residents and visitors to experience the holiday celebration.

Thousands gathered to enjoy the Festival of Lights Parade, which featured illuminated floats, performances, and vibrant displays, bringing the community together to celebrate the season.

The event was made possible with the support of Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA), AdventHealth, and numerous performers, volunteers, and organizations. Their contributions helped make the 2024 Festival of Lights Parade a memorable and successful celebration of the community’s holiday spirit.

The City of Kissimmee thanks all who attended and supported Kissimmee’s Festival of Lights Parade and Holiday Festival. Highlights from this year’s celebration can be found on the City of Kissimmee Facebook Page.
