ORLANDO – This was one amazing week. Let me tell you how it all started. So for our first experience comedian “Brody Love” invited us to the Improv to see performances by himself, Vince Taylor, Loose Cannon, Genesis, Klever, Tony Black and Kween Kingsley. We had a great time with some of the hottest comedians in Central Florida.
Then we got an invite to see “The After Hour Band” performing at Bar 5 for their first performance together and they were awesome. That was on Saturday night, August 13, 2022. On the day of our anniversary, Monday August 15, 2022, God sent me a blessing. Things were kind of hard for me and money was real tight. I didn’t have enough money to celebrate with my wife of 31 years of being together. I prayed that morning asking God for His blessings, afterwards I got in my car and went for a drive and I met Mr. Michael Starnes. He said to me that he was the blessing that I asked God for. I was like stop it. He said that he was there to turn my day around and he gave me 3 hundred dollars and said, “Take your wife out to dinner and get her a steak.” I just looked at him and said, “thank you” in disbelief. We went out to dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. I know that you all don’t believe it, because I didn’t believe it, but it happened. I called my wife and said get dressed, we’re going out for dinner.
After that night we got a phone call from Star 94.5 Cox Media inviting us to their 25th Birthday celebration at the Amway Arena to see superstars Maxwell, Escape and Joe. The smiles on our faces say everything. We really enjoyed the show.
Oh let’s not forget our friends that invited us also to a fish fry, Mr. Stanley Windom of Windom Solution LLC, and you know I love fried fish. Lol! On to that Saturday and Sunday weekend experience at Eatonville Founders Day Celebration, celebrating 135 years. The first day of the Eatonville Founders Day Celebration it got rained out, but the second day was super exciting. People came from all over the country to see “The Franchise Players, Rod Z, DJ Trucker, Pokey Bear, King South and Klymaxx.
