ORLANDO – OUC—The Reliable One just opened a new Recharge Hub at the Orange County Convention Center. It’s located at 8500 Tradeshow Boulevard – outside the convention center’s North Concourse, near the intersection of Universal and Tradeshow Boulevards, and across from new hotels for Universal’s Epic Universe.
Open to the public 24/7, the hub features six DC fast chargers, which can power an EV battery to 80% in about 30 minutes.
The hub provides J1772 adapters for Teslas and employs CCS standard plugs used by many EVs, including Chevrolet, Ford, BMW, Kia, Hyundai and others.
This is OUC’s second Recharge Hub. The first, with 21 high-speed chargers, is located in downtown Orlando on Robinson Street, between Orange Avenue and I-4.
Future hubs are in the works around town.
