Orange County Clerk Of Courts Tiffany Moore Russell Installed As President-Elect Of Statewide Clerks Association

ORLANDO – Clerk Tiffany Moore Russell, Esq., has been installed as President-Elect of the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers (FCCC) 2023-2024 Board of Directors. Clerk Russell has served on the Board of Directors of the Clerks and Comptrollers member association since 2016, and she will serve as President-Elect for one year before taking the helm as President next year.

“It is an honor to serve as President-Elect of the FCCC and to continue to have statewide influence which in turn helps my office serve our local community. I look forward to working with clerks across Florida as we continue to concentrate on innovation to provide the best possible service to citizens,” said Clerk Russell.

Clerk Russell will serve this one-year term to support the FCCC’s role and statewide leadership in embracing innovative technology, legislative advocacy, and education to protect the public trust.

Clerk Russell was also nominated again to serve as Vice Chair of the Executive Council for the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC) which is a statutory entity that oversees Florida clerks’ budgets.
