ORLANDO – The Greater Washington Shores community is gearing up for an exciting transformation as the renovation of the beloved Frontline Outreach facility and its accompanying 3-acre property begins. The historic facility, deeply rooted in the neighborhood’s heritage, is set to become the permanent home of Legends Academy, a KG – 8th grade STEM-focused public charter school operated by the Nap Ford Community School organization.
The acquisition of the Frontline Outreach facility by Nap Ford Community School marks a significant milestone in the organization’s commitment to providing quality education and fostering a supportive learning environment for the youth of the Greater Washington Shores community. This strategic move demonstrates their dedication to preserving the rich history of the area while ushering in a new era of educational excellence and opportunity for local students and their families.

The renovation project, scheduled for completion in July 2024, is expected to transform the former Frontline Outreach facility into a cutting-edge educational hub equipped with the latest technology, spacious classrooms, and enhanced facilities to accommodate the diverse needs of students.
